Initial Estimate: We first visit your property to determine your base service rate (the cost per visit) for routine lawn services.
Choose Your Plan: Select from one of our three tiers, based on how often you’d like service throughout the year.
Enjoy the Savings: The more frequent the plan, the greater the discount you receive on your base rate.

Essentials Plan (Light Service)
• 22 visits per year (bi-weekly Mar–Oct, monthly Nov–Feb)
• 5% discount from your base rate
Our Annual Plans:
Core Plan (Balanced Service)
• 32 visits per year (weekly May-Aug, bi-weekly during transitional months, monthly Nov–Feb)
• 10% discount from your base rate
Deluxe Plan (Premium Service)
• 44 visits per year (weekly Mar–Oct, bi-weekly Nov–Feb)
• 15% discount from your base rate
